Ventana Vineyards Family of wines is Estate Bottled and Estate Grown. What does that mean? It means Ventana grows all of its own grapes and from those, produces its own fine wines. At Ventana Vineyards we have had essentially the same winemaking team for the past 21 years, with Doug and LuAnn at the helm. Our style is "European sensibility with lush, intense California fruit" — Doug Meador. We create wines to be drunk upon release, however they have the capacity to age and become more complex over time.
